Mortgages were originated through the company's employees as well as through mortgage brokers and purchased from correspondent lenders and were serviced at the company's servicing center in Irving, Texas. Each of our loan officers is well-versed in Richmond American's building process, resulting in a streamlined homebuying experience. In the event of a verbal complaint, the employee receiving the complaint shall document the complaint in writing. AmeriMtg will acknowledge the complaint within 24 hours.

In some cases, you may also qualify for additional cash out while also eliminating the monthly payment.
